Mud Bay

Where should I begin? This store's staff are all so wonderful. They are very attentive, knowledgeable and are there fir even the silliest of questions...even offering to help you carry your stuff out to your car when you wound up leaving with more than you can carry or what was initially on the list to pick up. And while I have my two favorite people in the store...they are all just simply amazing in so many ways! Not only this but they have a killer litter program on World's Best Litter.....not only is it like 6 bucks cheaper than some local grocery stores but for every 9 you buy, the 10th one is free? I mean come on....if you have cats like I do and don't already shop here at this very store then, YOU. ARE. MISSING. OUT! ☺️ See you soon Mud Bay.....my review took so long to write that now your about to close and I won't be that one customer who tried sneaking in the door 5 min before closing, haha! But I'll see you guys tomorrow for sure!

I always love going to Mud Bay for the kids (2 springers 1 Corgi). This is the only place we can get the corgis food. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Mud Bay is such an excellent resource for pets of all stripes! The staff of the Kent store are so knowledgeable, helpful, and just lovely to interact with. Fabulous selection of foods, treats, toys, and other essentials. My go-to. Their loyalty program is fantastic - so many solid brands participate.

I like being able to freely buy cases of cat food. They are always in stock of every possible flavor and brand. I didn't like the fact that no senior discount is offered.

Great place with knowledgeable staff! My husband and I just got a kitty and they helped us pick out a good food for her. She ended up not liking it but that’s due to her being a picky pants. We came back and got another type of food and she loves it! It’s nice to know it isn’t full things she wouldn’t naturally eat.
